Notably, I spearheaded global launches for series and movies such as The Walking Dead and Yellowstone, created and managed creative for prestigious events like the Olympics, The Rugby World Cup and UEFA, collaborating with international studios and providing invaluable insights tailored to the Australian market.

Meeting tight deadlines under embargo and juggling multiple tasks were routine challenges, met with agility and adaptability. I led agency partners, streamlined traffic flow, and optimised approval processes, workflows and pipelines. Furthermore, I orchestrated various PR events, from concept development to execution, including social media, EDM creative, event premieres, giveaways, activations, PR releases, competitions and award shows.

My technical acumen extended to crafting dynamic code-based banners using Flashtalking and implementing interactive assets like Bonsai, Truskin, Scroll X, and Interscroller.

I overhauled our banner creation process, developing a custom workflow for performance and DLF banners. This innovative solution, integrating code and auto-export features, reduced the project timeline from 7 days to 3 hours. The efficiencies gained eliminated outsourcing and accelerated overall processes by 80%. I mentored the team to seamlessly adopt these improvements.
